A possible solution (requires investigation):

If the bundle discount is none, amount, or percentage, then the rounding would occur on the individual component items.

The total bundle price would then be the total of the rounded items together, minus any discounts.

If an amount discount is used, this would also be rounded before being applied.

If the bundle discount is fixed price, the fixed price would be rounded. The component items would remain untouched (their prices should be hidden anyway).
